If we don’t love money, we won’t take care of it

When it comes to money, there are three types of people: money hater, neutral and money lover. And there are two types of money love: articial love and pure love. It is interesting to study each of these – their views of money, and how they make and use money. It gives many interesting insights. It is true that if we don’t love money, we won’t take care of it .. and they won’t take care of us when we need them the most.

I must say that Robert T. Kiyosaki had influenced me in many ways. He affirms what I believe. He creates new awareness in me. He opens my eyes to see new perspectives. He teaches me new things. I acknowledged that there are many other respected writers in the same niche, personal financial, but Mr. Robert is different because he doesn’t emphasize so much on the dry bones but rather he promotes the bone soup – literally to say.

Last night I revisited his “Rich Dad, Poor Dad”. I decided to dive into chapter four, “Lesson Three – Mind Your Own Business” after browsing through the Table of Contents. I scanned between the lines for fast reading but I stumbled upon this particular word – again. I was stuck there for quite some time because it is true. It is on page 115, “If you don’t love it, you won’t take care of it.” It is actually quoted from his rich dad. Rich dad was teaching to Mr. Robert about acquiring assets. But I do think that it also applicable to money – if we don’t love money, we won’t take care of it.

Who love money? Many of us love money. But I know that some people hate money – that money is the root of all evil. They are allergic to any discussion about money. But they do need money anyway – they are just in the state of denial. But because they hate money, they frequently don’t have enough of them, especially when they really need them. Thus they hate money even more. We tend to hate other people if they had ever hurt us or they did let us down before. Well, money does hurt people (loves does hurt people, people does hurt other people too) but this group of people react negatively. Instead of mastering money, they hate money. Worst still, they preach their ill-wisdom to others, especially to their children. The right preach should be; lack of money is the root of all evil.

Money and success don’t change people; they merely amplify what is already there.
- Will Smith

Money will make you more of what you already are. If you’re not a nice person, money’s going to make you a despicable individual. If you’re a good person, money’s going to make you a better person.
- Bob Proctor

Some people are neutral – they don’t love nor hate money. They seem to don’t care. We normally care about our love ones and our close friends. But we tend to care less about others, especially strangers. Well, this is normal because lack of connections and interactions. The same goes with money. Children especially are neutral when it comes to money because parents supply them everything till they don’t need to worry about money. Surprisingly, not really, some adults have the same attitude toward money. Money come, money go – a lot of money, not enough money – they simply don’t care. They just live life as it is. I don’t want to comment much on this but suffice for me to say, when the money is not enough, it is though, it is sad.

Many people take no care of their money till they come nearly to the end of it, and others do just the same with their time.
- Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

Those who love money – there are two kinds of them – people with pure love and people with artificial love. What – artificial love? I am pretty sure that you had ever heard about the materialistic, the ambitious marry the wallet of the rich. That’s artificial. There are those who love money to spend money, half of the time just to show off. They talk about what they will do if they hit the jackpot. They boast to other people about impressing others with their new found wealth – if they become rich. To show off, to boast is not ‘Law of Attraction’. Actually there is nothing to prove to other people. Warrant Buffet doesn’t boast. The poor likes to prove to others that they can afford to buy nice cars, big homes, and expensive clothes and accessories. In the end, money betrayed them for their artificial love, leaving them with huge debts.

Too many people spend money they haven’t earned, to buy things they don’t want, to impress people they don’t like.
- Will Smith

Luckily, there is a pure, mutual love; the master loves the money and the money loves the master. There are few among us, 5%, who really love money as it is. They really look after their money well. They understand them thoroughly and have patience with them. They put them where they able to grow and breed, and protected. They monitor their health, their performance closely. Despite all these tender love and care, they still do lose money, it is normal even in real life with our love ones, but they do get more money. Jesus’s love attracts many Christian followers. Prophet Muhammad’s love attracts many Muslim followers. And money master’s love attracts more money.

After losing everything, I went on a quest to find out how money really works, how I could get control of it, and how I could have confidence in handling it.
- Dave Ramsey

So, it is true that if we don’t love money, we won’t take care of it. And they won’t take care of us when we need them the most. Although money is just an idea, like us, money has feeling too. Money wants its existence to be known, it wants to be respected, to be loved, and to be cared. If we love money and we take care it well, it’ll love us back, grows and serves us well.

it has been said:”love money is a root of all evil.” not said,”Money is a root of all evil”this doesn’t mean than we should be free prom productive enterprise.it doesn’t mean that we should be free from investing, free from saving, they said,we should be freefrom wrongdoing just for the sake of money. Money can be a good tool to help people.
money can be used to make the afflited comfortable and to buy freedom for slaves. it is the love of money that the Lord does not like to be in our lives..
